Sleeping Beauty

In SLEEPING BEAUTY the fate of the Afghan family Zahir is dramatically linked with the life of the German family Herold. Through the tragic encounter, the Zahirs come under the pressure of a feared deportation. The youngest daughter Leyla cannot stand the rising panic in the family. Her soul goes into an in-between world, her body falls into a coma. She develops the rare resignation syndrome.
